Agreement to Terms
By using Marco, you agree to these terms. Marco provides an email client service that connects to your existing email accounts. We do not store or have access to your email content.
Subscription & Billing
Marco offers a 6-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Marco in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.
Limitation of Liability
Marco is provided as-is. We are not responsible for any data loss, interruption of service, or issues with third-party email providers. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
